Facilities & Logistics Officer

About the role

The Facilities & Logistics Officer oversees daily operations, maintenance, and administration of the organization’s facilities and logistics functions. The role ensures that infrastructure, utilities, space allocation, and support services run efficiently, safely, and in line with health, safety, security, and sustainability regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental sustainability standards.
• Manage utilities, space allocation, cleaning, security, and waste management services.
• Plan and coordinate procurement, storage, distribution, and inventory management, including regular stock audits.
• Arrange transportation, travel logistics (flights and accommodation), and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and manage facilities and logistics budgets for cost‑effective resource use.
• Implement workplace safety policies, emergency response procedures, and conduct risk assessments and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, facilities, and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Provide facilities and logistical support for projects, events, and special operations, and respond to work‑related emergencies.

Required profile

• College graduate of any 4‑year course related to the position.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry.
• Background in administrative work and event coordination.
