Facebook Ads Specialist

About the role

STERRY Limited is seeking a motivated Facebook Ads Specialist to join its fast‑growing marketing agency remotely. You will support the creation, launch, and optimisation of Facebook ad campaigns that drive measurable results for crowdfunding and e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in writing compelling ad copy and selecting images or videos that match brand identity.
• Set up, monitor and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, defining objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Design and run A/B tests on visuals, headlines and copy to improve performance.
• Support senior team members in client communication, reporting on campaign metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketers to deliver cohesive ad creatives.
• Ensure campaigns are scheduled accurately and launched on time.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks that contribute to overall campaign success.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience or strong interest in digital marketing or paid social media.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and a willingness to deepen knowledge of targeting and optimisation.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and ability to work closely with design‑focused colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills for discussing metrics and insights.
• Data‑driven curiosity and willingness to test, analyse and iterate.
