Executive Driver – Metro Manila

About the role

ArchEn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a professional Executive Driver to provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation for its senior executives and authorized personnel across Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The role involves operating company‑owned luxury and fleet vehicles while ensuring vehicle upkeep and compliance with all traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport executives to meetings, project sites, and other official engagements, adhering to scheduled itineraries.
• Plan and select optimal routes to avoid congestion and guarantee timely arrivals.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report defects, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, monitor fuel, oil, water, and tire pressure, and keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Prepare and submit trip reports, mileage logs, and fuel consumption records.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate; vocational driving training is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as an executive or company driver, preferably with luxury or SUV vehicles.
• Thorough knowledge of Metro Manila and surrounding provincial routes.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Metro Manila.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Defensive driving practices.
