Executive Assistant Trainer (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking an Executive Assistant Trainer to lead virtual training sessions for newly hired Executive Assistants, coaching them on tools, processes, and best practices. This permanent, fully remote role supports a global remote team from the Philippines, working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead virtual training sessions for newly hired Executive Assistants.
• Train new hires on tools, processes, and EA best practices.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback on trainee performance.
• Provide 1‑on‑1 and group coaching.
• Train agents in core EA functions such as calendar, email, travel, and project management.
• Create and update training materials and resources.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant experience.
• At least 6 months of training, coaching, onboarding, or facilitation experience.
• Hands‑on experience in 2–3 core EA functions (calendar, email, travel, project management, executive support).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident presenting and facilitating virtual training sessions.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Able to coach, motivate, and provide constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
