About the role
The Executive Assistant will partner directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to maximize leadership effectiveness. This role ensures the executive team’s time is focused on high‑impact activities while maintaining seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and commitments, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts.
- Own execution of delegated projects and tasks, delivering high‑quality outputs on time with thorough documentation.
- Act as the central coordination point between the CEO, Chief of Staff, leadership team, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain data integrity across CRM and internal systems, guaranteeing accurate and up‑to‑date records for reporting and decision‑making.
- Prepare and structure meetings, manage agendas, materials, and follow‑ups to drive clear decisions and accountability.
- Coordinate executive and board engagements, including meetings, communications, and key milestones, with meticulous attention to detail.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing demands.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data stewardship.
