Event Planner & Executive Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative professional to join our full‑service event planning team as an Event Planner & Executive Sales Assistant. The role blends sales support, client relationship management, and hands‑on event coordination, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture strong client relationships.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist in converting sales prospects.
• Create visually appealing proposals and presentations using Canva, Gamma, and other design tools.
• Assist with event planning, timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Support onsite event setup and execution when needed.
• Produce social‑media graphics and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Dusabo or similar) and track client communications.
• Manage scheduling through Zoom and Google Meet.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
