EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) – Onsite – Philippines

About the role

We are looking for an EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide onsite end‑user computing support at our Davao and Taguig locations in the Philippines. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting of hardware, software and network issues for corporate users in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite deskside support for hardware, software and network problems.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities.
• Manage device lifecycle: imaging, deployment, configuration, patching and upgrades.
• Support Windows 10/11 and basic macOS environments.
• Troubleshoot Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Use SCCM, Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow for device management and ticket handling.
• Administer Active Directory users and passwords.
• Provide VIP support and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain endpoint security compliance and follow ITIL processes for incidents, service requests and problems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in desktop, EUC or deskside support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
