Estimator – Civil & Structural (EPC & PPP Projects)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our civil and structural team in Taguig. The role focuses on preparing competitive bids for EPC and PPP infrastructure, civil and building projects, ensuring accurate cost forecasts from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit bids for EPC and PPP infrastructure, civil and building projects.
• Analyze project, contract and tender documents, including specifications and terms.
• Lead or support the bidding process with precise cost estimations.
• Provide preliminary cost estimates during early project stages.
• Maintain and update direct and indirect cost data for major projects.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as an estimator or quantity surveyor on infrastructure projects such as airports, roads or bridges.
• Proven ability to understand permits, insurance requirements and related costs.
• Experience with data‑center or commercial building projects is a plus.
• Scheduling experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimation software tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret bid documents and construction drawings.
