ESL Trainer Coach

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ESL Trainer Coach to join goFLUENT’s learning team. In this role you will mentor language trainers, enhance their instructional and assessment capabilities, and deliver engaging online training sessions that support corporate employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and feedback to language trainers to improve teaching techniques and assessment methods.
• Design and facilitate interactive online training sessions, including discussions, Q&A, and practical exercises.
• Develop and update training materials such as presentations, guides, and multimedia content in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Administer quizzes and other evaluation tools, analyse results and recommend improvements to the training program.
• Monitor trainer performance and ensure a supportive, collaborative virtual learning environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language or similar language training.
• Strong background in coaching or mentoring adult educators.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms and online learning best practices.
