ESG Professionals – Officer to Supervisor – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Acciona Energía is expanding its ESG team in the Philippines to support the development and execution of renewable energy projects. The positions range from ESG Officer to Supervisor and focus on environmental, social, and governance activities across multiple project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and ESG risk monitoring.
• Engage with local communities, handle grievance processes, and implement social development programs.
• Coordinate with development, permitting, engineering, construction, land, and community relations teams to integrate ESG considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver ESG documentation for regulatory authorities and investors.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, compliance requirements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site in project locations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
