ERP Support & Optimization Business Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Support & Optimization Business Analyst to drive business transformation by optimizing and enhancing a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and support critical financial processes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training to end‑users.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with best practices.
