ERP Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Architect to lead the design, governance and delivery of enterprise‑wide ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations. The role will translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated architectures that align with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall ERP application architecture, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Design end‑to‑end business processes for finance, supply chain, human resources, warehousing and operations.
• Lead cross‑functional solution delivery teams within large transformation programmes.
• Establish integration governance, minimise customisation and technical debt.
• Manage requirements throughout the delivery and operational lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodology.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an ERP Solution Architect, preferably with SAP.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation projects covering multiple functional domains.
• Understanding of sustainable IT strategies and digital governance.
