Entry-Level Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

ERNI is looking for a motivated entry‑level Cybersecurity Analyst to join its Manila service centre. You will work on real projects for clients in Europe, APAC and the USA, gaining hands‑on experience in protecting complex IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and assist in the initial triage of incidents.
• Support vulnerability assessments and basic remediation activities.
• Help document security findings, recommendations and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and engineers to implement security controls.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and continuous learning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) or candidate with relevant internships, capstone projects or coursework in cybersecurity, cloud or risk management.
• Foundational understanding of confidentiality, integrity, availability and common threats and vulnerabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
• Basic understanding of cloud security principles.
• Familiarity with risk management basics.
