Enrollment Assistant – Fresh Graduates (Taguig)

About the role

Metrobank is seeking an Enrollment Assistant to join its Business Online Solutions team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates and offers the chance to support client onboarding across the bank’s digital channels. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate client onboarding, contributing to the bank’s commitment to excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Process enrollment requests—including additions, amendments, and deletions—through Metrobank Business Online Solutions (MBOS) and other banking systems.
• Receive and verify enrollment documents, ensuring accurate entry into the team’s tracker for monitoring.
• Update client profiles on the bank’s platforms based on received documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all enrollment activities and follow up on pending items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
