English Tutor/Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy English Tutor/Trainer to elevate our team’s language proficiency and support employee communication development. The role involves delivering online group and one‑on‑one sessions, creating weekly lesson plans, and monitoring learner progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one‑on‑one and group English training sessions for employees.
• Design customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, incorporating relevant CRO and tech terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, presentation skills, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, produce weekly reports, and adapt teaching methods as needed.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads to align training with development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asia learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level).
• Independent, accountable, and professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
