Email Marketing & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Community Manager to grow and engage our brand’s audience through compelling newsletters, visual assets, and active community interaction. You will be responsible for crafting email campaigns, designing digital content, and fostering meaningful relationships with our members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, design and send two email newsletters per week aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
• Create high‑quality written and visual content that reflects the brand’s voice and storytelling strategy.
• Design branded graphics, marketing materials, and e‑book layouts ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
• Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and encourage conversation to strengthen loyalty.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, coordinating email and community initiatives.
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, audience growth) and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, content creation, or community management.
• Proven track record of writing and managing email newsletters and campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience engagement.
• Experience designing graphics and visual assets for digital marketing.
