Elite Delivery Rider – Daily Hub Deliveries

About the role

The Delivery Associate (Elite) is responsible for daily parcel deliveries across distribution centre (DC) hubs nationwide. The rider will coordinate with hub staff to pick up parcels, manage documentation, and ensure safe transport of goods. The role involves transporting shipments, ensuring they are correctly zoned, validated and delivered on schedule while working primarily outdoors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries for DC hubs and teams.
• Verify that shipments are zoned and validated before dispatch.
• Deliver parcels on time according to schedule.
• Travel to any hub or distribution centre across the country as required.
• Maintain delivery records and report any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations.
• Work outside the office environment and adapt to varying locations.

Required profile

• High school graduate.
• Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1).
• Good moral character, trustworthy, flexible and honest.
• Willingness to travel and be assigned to any hub nationwide.
• Physical ability to handle parcels and ride a motorcycle for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Required skills

• Experience operating a clutch‑type motorcycle (e.g., TMX, YTX, Bajaj, Boxer).
• Basic knowledge of road safety and traffic rules.
