Electrical Engineer – Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead general maintenance and repair activities for our facility equipment and property structures. The role ensures that all electrical systems operate at peak performance while supporting site surveys, installations, and inspections of Wilcon’s in‑house products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and building infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys, supervise installations, and verify the proper functioning of Wilcon’s exclusive products.
• Coordinate preventive‑maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical plans.
• Collaborate with other trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC) to ensure integrated building services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding of general building maintenance principles.
• Familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
• Willingness to work in Libis, Quezon City and other project sites nationwide.
