Ecosystem Growth Officer

About the role

The Ecosystem Growth Officer will drive commercial expansion for BYC Ventures and its portfolio of startups. Working across government, enterprise and technology sectors, the role will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and generate revenue to support sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for BYC Ventures and its venture portfolio.
• Establish and nurture relationships with government agencies, enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Manage end‑to‑end revenue activities, from prospecting and outreach to proposal delivery and deal closure.
• Identify and pursue collaborations with system integrators, academic institutions and industry organisations.
• Coordinate commercial opportunities and synergies across BYC Ventures and portfolio companies.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and procurement opportunities relevant to growth initiatives.
• Maintain active sales pipelines and support commercial reporting and account management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships or growth‑focused roles.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage institutional or enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine government, enterprise and institutional landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently across multiple business units.
• Experience in venture ecosystems, startup portfolios or technology companies is an advantage.
