Ecommerce Marketing Manager

About the role

Thermodyne Systems is seeking a strategic Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive growth of its online brands. The role is fully remote and works Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM EST, offering a competitive salary and generous vacation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel ecommerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions and customer retention.
• Plan, launch and optimise email marketing programmes, including automation, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising across digital platforms, monitor performance and adjust budgets for maximum ROI.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, overseeing creation, distribution and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, public relations and user‑generated content projects.
• Mentor and supervise the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ecommerce marketing with a data‑driven mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Leadership experience managing internal teams and external agencies.
• Passion for the full customer journey and ability to drive measurable business results.
