Ecommerce and Digital Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Marketing & eCommerce Assistant to own our digital presence. You will manage the website, drive online sales, and support marketing campaigns with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Shopify eCommerce site, including homepage, landing pages, and CMS updates.
• Upload new products, write SEO‑optimised descriptions, and keep the catalogue accurate.
• Set up, test, and maintain promotional mechanics such as discounts and shipping incentives.
• Conduct QA across devices and regions to ensure a flawless customer experience.
• Support content creation, brief digital agencies, and manage assets in the CMS.
• Assist with social media scheduling, basic paid‑social/Google Ads setup, and brand consistency.
• Maintain the Klaviyo CRM database, build email flows, segment audiences, and track performance.
• Provide post‑campaign reporting and KPI analysis.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital roles.
• Hands‑on expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness of how digital channels generate revenue.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality output.
