Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of the e‑commerce website for usability and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to launch digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Analyse web traffic and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Manage the e‑commerce budget, ensuring cost‑effective operations and maximised ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of e‑commerce professionals, fostering high performance.
• Coordinate product onboarding and ensure timely addition of new items.
• Maintain SEO performance and enhance overall user experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Oversee customer service processes to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in sales and e‑commerce, including marketplace and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale digital projects.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
