About the role
We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce business looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Operations & Procurement Associate. You will work directly with the founders to build systems, improve processes, and scale daily operations, supplier coordination, procurement, inventory management and database development.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily e‑commerce and operational activities.
- Build, maintain and organise product and operations databases.
- Manage accurate product listings and perform data‑entry tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and warehouse partners.
- Assist with procurement, purchasing and supplier‑management activities.
- Track inventory, purchase orders, stock movements and operational requirements.
- Maintain reports and operational trackers using Google Sheets.
- Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor workflows, identify improvement areas and work with team members to solve operational challenges.
Required profile
- Willing to work full‑time onsite in Pasig.
- Previous experience in e‑commerce operations.
- Experience with procurement, purchasing or supplier coordination is preferred.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑changing startup environment.
Required skills
- Shopify (experience preferred).
- Google Sheets – advanced spreadsheet management.
- AI productivity tools.
