E-Commerce Key Accounts Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Key Accounts Manager will own strategic relationships with brands and marketplace partners, driving online growth and meeting business objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver effective go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and nurture long‑term relationships with brands and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead annual business planning, commercial negotiations and KPI setting for each account.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Livestream, Customer Service and Operations to execute campaigns.
• Identify emerging e‑commerce trends, platform opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Prepare and present business reviews, product proposals and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor sales performance, consumer behavior and marketplace data to optimise account performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory planning, forecasting and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate internally to guarantee seamless execution of campaigns and operational initiatives.
• Track competitor activities and industry trends to provide market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce account management or online marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of leading e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora or Shopify.
• Proven ability to build relationships with brands, partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management capabilities.
