DSP Director – Remote

About the role

The DSP Director will own My Amazon Guy’s Amazon DSP division, driving performance, profitability and long‑term growth. This remote executive position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for strategy, P&L, team building and operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term vision, service roadmap, pricing and growth plan for the DSP division.
• Own overall division performance, revenue, margins, forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify and remediate under‑performing accounts, teams or processes before they affect clients.
• Build and develop a DSP leadership team, create succession plans and ensure cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Creative, Finance and other units.
• Design and maintain scalable SOPs, automation workflows and proprietary frameworks to improve execution quality and eliminate recurring operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a digital advertising or Amazon DSP function with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop pricing strategies that balance client value and agency profitability.
• Demonstrated capability to build high‑performing teams, set clear expectations and hold members accountable.
• Excellent operational mindset with a focus on systems, automation and process improvement.
