Distributor Sales Specialist

About the role

The Distributor Sales Specialist will act as the primary link between Suyen Corporation’s sales division and its third‑party distributors, wholesalers and institutional accounts. You will drive volume growth, expand market penetration and ensure Suyen’s personal care, fragrance and consumer‑goods products are widely available across your assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned distributors and sub‑dealers to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to audit warehouses, monitor inventory levels and ensure on‑shelf availability.
• Identify, screen and onboard new distributors to expand brand footprint in untapped territories.
• Develop territory‑specific sales plans, volume targets and trade promotion programs in line with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing on product launches, merchandising guidelines and localized promotions.
• Negotiate distributor agreements, trading terms and volume discounts within approved pricing structures.
• Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data to forecast demand, spot trends and address performance gaps.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit limits and collection schedules to minimise bad debts.
• Gather field feedback on competitor activity and market dynamics for sales management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, channel sales or distributor management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or retail distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Proactive, highly driven and resilient with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regional territories and a valid driver’s licence.
