Director People & Culture

About the role

First Advantage is seeking a Director People & Culture to lead strategic HR initiatives across its Global Operations Centers of Excellence (GOCE) and onshore teams in the Philippines. This senior leadership position will shape people policies, talent management frameworks, and cultural integration for a globally distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous refinement of people‑related policies for both offshore GOCE and onshore operations, ensuring scalability, inclusivity, and alignment with global standards.
• Align local policies with global strategies from Mumbai and Bangalore, addressing local nuances while maintaining consistency.
• Review and optimise existing policies for effectiveness, compliance, and cultural relevance.
• Provide senior leadership for People & Culture across offshore and onshore teams, harmonising strategies, policies, and initiatives.
• Partner with regional senior leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and organisational growth.
• Lead cultural transformation efforts to foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams and build an integrated high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Strong ability to develop, align, and implement people policies across diverse regions.
• Experience managing cultural integration and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills with senior leadership.
