Director of Revenues – Real Estate (Mandaue, Cebu)

About the role

The Director of Revenues will lead the revenue generation strategy for a diversified real‑estate portfolio in Mandaue, Cebu. This senior position combines sales, marketing, pricing and event management to maximise leasing occupancy, event bookings and overall brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line revenue across leasing, corporate, social and academic events.
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans for commercial, industrial, retail, office and mixed‑use properties.
• Lead branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
• Optimize pricing models to capture maximum revenue potential.
• Analyse market trends, occupancy data and event performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
• Implement customer‑experience technologies to improve client engagement.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 34 direct reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with revenue strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate diploma or master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or related functions within real‑estate or property development.
• Proven track record of measurable improvements in leasing, event sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical ability and strategic mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
