Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior leader to serve as the academic anchor of its AI‑driven, accelerated learning system. The Director of Learning Strategy will translate rigorous learning‑science research into actionable curricula, drive execution across multiple school partners, and champion the model on a global stage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that connect learning science with curriculum design, student motivation, and technology architecture.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and results‑driven performance.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and observations into ecosystem assessments that identify bottlenecks and prescribe targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback loops, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at conferences, ministries, and high‑profile events to influence global education policy.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech settings, including team management.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable learning outcomes at scale.
• Strong ability to synthesize research into operational practice and to communicate vision to diverse audiences.
