Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior leader to shape and operationalize its evidence‑based, accelerated learning model. The Director of Learning Strategy will translate learning‑science principles into scalable curricula, drive execution across multiple school environments, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that operationalize learning science for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of results.
• Analyze data, interview stakeholders, and observe classrooms to produce ecosystem assessments and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning in high‑stakes contexts, including keynote presentations and meetings with Ministries of Education.
• Expand and refine the validated academic model by coordinating execution across all schools and raising leadership benchmarks.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in education, learning science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable academic results at scale.
• Experience leading teams directly and managing multi‑school implementations.
• Deep understanding of AI‑driven tutoring, mastery‑based progression, and evidence‑based learning.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and experience influencing education policy.
