Director of Finance – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Finance to serve as the analytical engine behind multiple high‑growth consumer and retail brands. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will partner with client CFOs and bookkeeping teams to own FP&A execution, financial modeling, and KPI infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic 1‑, 3‑, and 5‑year three‑statement financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Drive rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, and KPI dashboard development for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare board‑ready materials, investor call decks, and strategic planning reports.
• Support client CFOs as the primary analytical partner, stepping into meetings with marketing, supply chain, and operations leaders when needed.
• Ensure data integrity by collaborating with accounting and controllership teams on reconciliations and close processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience building clean, auditable financial models comparable to investment‑banking standards.
• Ability to translate P&L statements into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Comfort interacting directly with founders, operators, and functional heads.
• Strong commercial judgment and a systems‑thinking approach to recurring work.
