AbroadWorks is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Director of Business Operations to lead operational excellence across its global staffing and technology services. This senior leadership role will shape processes, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and support the company’s rapid growth while working fully remotely from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities
