Director - Infrastructure & Network Services

About the role

The Director – Infrastructure & Network Services leads the strategic planning, design, delivery and operation of all technology platforms that support an integrated resort’s gaming, hospitality and entertainment operations. Reporting to the CIO, you will ensure the availability, resilience, security and scalability of network, data centre and cloud services while driving AI‑enabled automation and modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Infrastructure and Network roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
• Define technology standards, architecture principles and governance frameworks for infrastructure services.
• Lead enterprise network environments (campus, core, distribution, wireless, WAN, internet) to provide highly available and secure connectivity.
• Oversee data centre modernization, including compute, storage, virtualization, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Drive cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure strategies, ensuring security and operational efficiency.
• Implement AI‑driven workload automation to eliminate repetitive manual interventions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, regulators and technology partners to align services with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing large‑scale, 24 × 7 mission‑critical infrastructure in a regulated environment.
• Strong track record of delivering modernization initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with business units, technology partners and regulators.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of infrastructure and network professionals.
