Director – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially‑minded Director of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing to lead and expand a high‑performing offshore delivery vertical. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the primary point of accountability for client relationships, delivery excellence and sustainable growth across a portfolio of US and Australian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client experience from pre‑sales and transition through steady‑state operations, ensuring profitability and scalability.
• Lead a delivery organisation of more than 200 professionals, coordinating with presales, solutions and talent teams.
• Develop and nurture senior client relationships, driving organic growth and new business opportunities.
• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Review and post journal entries, verify transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance and accounting outsourcing or a similar large‑scale environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing client portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams (200+ headcount).
