Director, Consumer Marketing – Philippines

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Consumer Marketing for the Philippines to lead integrated marketing and communications across consumer, B2B, digital, social, and media channels. You will shape and execute strategies that boost brand preference, engagement, and usage while aligning with regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual country marketing plan and KPIs for the Philippines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align B2C strategy, consumer value propositions, and business objectives.
• Partner with accounts, merchant, and cross‑functional teams to grow market share and drive consumer activation.
• Leverage consumer insights, segmentation, and behavioral data for multi‑channel targeting.
• Lead digital marketing innovation, optimizing campaigns across mobile, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Manage social media content strategy, publishing calendar, and always‑on consumer engagement.
• Deliver B2B2C initiatives with issuers and partners using Mastercard marketing assets and toolkits.
• Ensure cohesive messaging and collaboration across global, regional, and local teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Several years of marketing experience with strong leadership credentials.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale consumer campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
• Excellent analytical ability to derive insights from consumer and market data.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with the Philippines market and broader Southeast Asia dynamics.
