Digital Website & CMS Executive – Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Website & CMS Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of website experiences that drive campaign performance. You will own day‑to‑day CMS management, build and optimise landing pages, and work closely with the senior website manager and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all website content within Umbraco CMS.
• Build, publish and optimise landing pages aligned to campaign objectives.
• Ensure pages meet brand, accessibility and UX standards.
• Support personalisation strategies and A/B testing in collaboration with developers.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across the CMO team to support digital campaigns and conduct QA checks before publication.

Required profile

• Experience working with Umbraco CMS and building campaign landing pages.
• Understanding of UX principles, web content structure and basic analytics.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with developers and diverse stakeholders.
