About the role

Doneverse is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Training Facilitator to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will transform new hires into client‑ready Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants by delivering engaging virtual training, coaching performance, and sharing real‑world industry insights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive virtual training sessions on core digital marketing concepts, platforms, and best practices.
• Simplify complex topics into practical, easy‑to‑understand lessons.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching, performance guidance, and feedback on trainee assignments.
• Support trainees in troubleshooting platform and tool issues.
• Monitor engagement, attendance, and progress, collaborating with the training team to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Previous experience as a trainer, team leader, coach, mentor, or facilitator.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to motivate and hold people accountable.
