Digital Marketing Specialist – Reliever

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist on a five‑month fixed‑term contract to support our donor acquisition and brand engagement efforts. Based in Quezon City, you will lead the planning, creation and optimisation of paid and earned digital campaigns for a global nonprofit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content pipeline for social media, website, articles and video, and manage a centralised content library.
• Coordinate writers, designers and videographers, produce brand‑aligned creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms, handling audience segmentation, A/B testing and ROI reporting.
• Set up tracking requirements including UTM tagging, conversion tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Design integrated earned‑media plans that combine organic social and website content, and report insights to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, external partners and creative consultants.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
