About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in West Avenue, Quezon City. You will design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Analyse performance metrics, generate regular reports and optimise strategies for higher ROI.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content for websites, blogs and email newsletters.
Conduct market research and align campaign goals with historical data and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
