About the role

Cellexia Labs is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and scale Meta Ads performance using high‑volume UGC video content. This full‑time remote position is ideal for a marketer who lives and breathes direct‑response advertising and can craft compelling hooks, angles, and creative strategies that drive clicks and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and brief high‑volume UGC concepts and video scripts for Meta Ads campaigns.
• Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats through competitor research and direct‑response principles.
• Collaborate closely with the video creator to turn ideas into scroll‑stopping short‑form videos.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and iterate creative direction accordingly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta Ads trends, viral formats, and conversion drivers in the beauty and skincare sector.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of creative assets to support ongoing testing and scaling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct‑response marketing with a strong track record of driving clicks and conversions on Meta platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and brief high‑performing UGC‑style video ads.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently across time zones.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform expertise.
• Direct response marketing techniques.
• Familiarity with Notion and Slack for project coordination.
