Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to create, design, and deliver compelling marketing materials and advertising campaigns for our real‑estate projects. You will manage our online presence, engage audiences across social platforms, and support the sales cycle from content creation to lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, layout, design, edit and publish marketing assets and advertising campaigns.
• Set up, optimize and maintain company pages and posts on all social media platforms.
• Update social media content daily, respond to followers, and manage a content calendar.
• Produce a robust market‑research report and oversee marketing administration tasks.
• Generate, edit and share daily content that builds community engagement for customers and real‑estate agents.
• Moderate user‑generated content, identify threats and opportunities, and enforce platform policies.
• Support front‑line real‑estate marketing activities, including broker coordination, customer service, and sales account management.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in social media, digital marketing, website management and IT.
• Proven graphic design ability with a solid portfolio.
• Interest or experience in high‑end residential real‑estate marketing and sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive, sales‑driven attitude with a focus on conversion targets.
