Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Resolv Healthcare is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support its accelerated go‑to‑market strategy and revenue growth objectives. The role will lead data‑driven marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates and align marketing efforts with sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Manage SEO initiatives and improve organic performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Own HubSpot automation, workflows and CRM management.
• Build landing pages using HTML and CMS tools, and maintain the WordPress website.
• Analyse performance with analytics tools and create assets using Canva.
• Collaborate with sales to align go‑to‑market efforts and propose campaigns to the SVP of Growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, report findings and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Results‑driven professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads and HubSpot.
• Data‑oriented mindset capable of analysing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and growth teams.
