About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online acquisition efforts. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, from strategy and SEO to paid media and automation, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Manage SEO initiatives and improve organic performance.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Own HubSpot automation, workflows, and CRM management.
• Build landing pages using HTML and CMS tools.
• Maintain and update the WordPress website.
• Analyze performance using analytics tools and report findings.
• Create visual assets with Canva.
• Collaborate with sales to align go‑to‑market efforts.
• Propose and present marketing campaigns to the SVP of Growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with sales and growth leadership.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
