Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Ad Operations Specialist (also called Client Success Specialist) manages, optimizes, and reports on digital marketing campaigns for primary‑tier accounts. Working onsite in Robinsons Cybergate, the role ensures campaigns launch accurately, perform well, and deliver measurable results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, traffic, and optimize campaigns across SEM, display, social, video, email, and audio channels.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Generate accurate reports and insights for monthly client reviews.
• Launch campaigns on time with correct assets, targeting, budgets, and tracking.
• Execute adjustments such as creative swaps, pacing changes, and budget reallocations.
• Collaborate with sales and internal enablement to align execution with client goals.
• Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with Ad Ops or external partners for troubleshooting.
• Participate in pod meetings to share insights and drive consistency.
• Document activity, optimizations, and performance notes in CRM/project‑management tools.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or ad operations.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and reporting analytics.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience using workflow/project‑management platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical teams.

What we offer

• Base salary of PHP 53,000 per month
• PHP 2,000 performance bonus and 10 % night differential
