Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute inclusive digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, content, email, social media and PPC.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Create, publish and manage social media content, monitor community engagement and analyse performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics, generate performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Improve website performance by increasing organic traffic, reducing bounce rates and boosting conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new lead‑generation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record executing paid social media campaigns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms.
