Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid search and paid social for a portfolio of e‑commerce and B2B brands. Based on‑site in Cebu, you will own strategy, execution and optimisation while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) across multiple brands.
• Design account architecture, keyword and negative‑keyword strategies, and manage bids.
• Plan, launch and test Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns and explore additional channels such as TikTok and Microsoft Ads.
• Optimise for ROAS and CPA, with performance measured by revenue.
• Handle budget allocation, create clear performance reports and present insights.
• Establish best‑practice standards and support the growth of junior staff.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with significant budgets and proven ROAS/CPA results.
• Deep expertise in Shopping and Performance Max for e‑commerce.
• Strong command of GA4, conversion tracking and tag/pixel implementation.
• Ability to diagnose under‑performing accounts and turn them around.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
