About the role

Resolv Healthcare is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate its go‑to‑market strategy and support revenue growth. The role will focus on generating qualified leads, optimizing performance across paid and organic channels, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Manage SEO initiatives and improve organic search performance.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Own HubSpot automation, workflows, and CRM management.
• Build landing pages using HTML and CMS tools.
• Maintain and update the WordPress website.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights.
• Create visual assets with Canva.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align GTM efforts.
• Propose and present marketing campaigns to the SVP of Growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, and data‑driven optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot automation and CRM.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Effective collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams.
