Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the daily operation of key marketing platforms, ensuring they are well‑maintained, organized, and effectively used. This role works closely with Marketing and Digital Operations teams to improve campaign effectiveness and platform efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize digital assets in systems such as HubSpot, SharePoint and Bynder.
• Assist with campaign setup, data accuracy, and performance tracking.
• Support email formatting, content updates and troubleshooting using basic HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance digital workflows.
• Generate and analyze reports using Google Analytics, Excel and other business applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with digital marketing platforms and asset management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• HubSpot (including certification)
• Bynder or other Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
