Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Growth Lead

About the role

We are launching our first Philippine marketing hub and need a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead B2B digital growth. Reporting to the on‑shore Senior Marketing and Brand Manager, you will own the optimisation of our website, LinkedIn, and email channels, turning under‑performing assets into high‑impact lead generators.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, overhaul and aggressively grow low‑performing digital channels, focusing on the website and LinkedIn.
• Implement and manage SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to maximise visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI platforms.
• Develop a LinkedIn strategy that drives B2B lead generation and thought‑leadership.
• Design and launch automated email campaigns, lead‑nurturing workflows and segmented newsletters.
• Monitor, analyse and report on channel performance, traffic acquisition costs and conversion metrics.
• Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end digital marketing stack, building automation from the ground up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance or B2B growth marketing, preferably targeting Australian or US enterprise markets.
• Highly analytical and execution‑oriented, comfortable fixing broken systems and building automation infrastructure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Hands‑on experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
