Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our remote team. The role supports content creation, social media management, and various administrative tasks, ensuring a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose existing content for each platform and edit short‑form videos.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics.
• Assist with outreach, appointment setting, blog writing, and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data, perform data entry, generate reports, and coordinate appointments.
• Provide client support via phone and email and handle general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Portfolio that demonstrates previous content and video work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• CapCut for short‑form video editing.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
• CRM data management.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of Php35,000, paid bi‑monthly.
• Overtime pay and holiday compensation.
• Six‑month probation followed by annual leave, sick leave, HMO, 13th month pay, and salary review.
